By navigating, logging into, listing properties, or interacting with customer channels on this platform, you bind your consent explicitly to these clauses. If you contest any clause or structural policy inside this protocol, you must stop operating this service immediately.

1. Registration and Account Security

Access to customized property interfaces, lead generation pipelines, and dynamic tenant tracking logs demands explicit registration. You attest that all operational parameters provided (including authentication vectors, phone tokens, and proof of property ownership) are accurate. You remain uniquely responsible for protecting your account parameters. Any transactional breaches or security compromises originating from logged infrastructure under your keys will be legally attributed to you.

2. Property Listing Protocols & Zero-Brokerage Rules

RentAdda operates as a strictly regulated PropTech interface linking landlords and verified tenants directly.

  • Prohibited Broker Operations: Commercial entities masquerading as individual landlords to secure brokerage margins violate our core framework. Accounts identified as third-party middlemen will be immediately terminated without financial resolution.
  • Physical Verification Access: Landlords understand that to retain the "Verified" badge, on-ground field personnel from RentAdda must be granted physical access to check structure accuracy and documentation data.
  • Listing Legitimacy: Users must not input outdated rental descriptions, dummy properties, or fraudulent financial estimates. Defiant listings will be expunged instantly from standard search arrays.

3. Financial Parameters & Digital Wallet Balances

While finding residential profiles remains free for general profiles, specified premium integrations, profile badges, and continuous exposure require charges or digital wallet credits. All platform top-ups completed inside rentaddaa.com are permanent and fully non-refundable once listing boosts or verification actions are activated. Value Added Tax (VAT) or Goods and Services Tax (GST) parameters are calculated explicitly at checkout lines.

4. Platform Intellectual Property

Excluding individual structural assets uploaded directly by users, all digital components within rentaddaa.com—including structural design codes, Tailwind layout configurations, logo styles, database code frameworks, Alpine micro-interaction protocols, and dashboard configurations—are the exclusive intellectual property of RentAdda. Scraping, mirroring, cloning, or pulling code frameworks without a signed commercial warrant is strictly actionable.

5. Limitation of Structural Liability

RentAdda does not act as an intermediate legal signatory inside lease scripts, tenancy agreements, or rental transaction defaults. While our teams perform intense physical checks, we do not claim direct operational liability for damage to properties, rental defaults, or behavioral anomalies among looking tenants or landlords. Users accept the communication arrays entirely at their own risk.

6. Judicial Jurisdictions & Enforcements

Any disputes, operational contentions, structural damages, or systemic code challenges emerging out of access to rentaddaa.com shall fall uniquely under the territorial authority of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
